Birria - Plato Tentacion (Arroz)
So good with an overwhelming depth of flavor. The homemade tortillas that come with the meal are great on their own but they compliment the dish so well. The food speaks for itself but the owner was there on our visit and made the experience even better with his joyfull attitude. A must try spot if you're in the area!
Birria Taco - Tentacion
Mucho sabor! I try these types of tacos where ever I go... and al chile has great ones and the price is more than fair for the portions and flavor! Love this place Paso Robles new little gem downtown!
Burrito Bowl - El Descobijado
SO AMAZING!!! My husband and I are extreme foodies and this little place served - I never leave reviews but I had to for this place 🤤 great prices and high quality - new fav spot.
Burrito - El del Compadre
This burrito does not play around. From the first bite, it's packed with bold, authentic flavor,perfectly seasoned meat, fresh ingredients, and that house-made chile that brings real heat without overpowering everything else. The tortilla is warm and holds together (a big win), and every bite is loaded, not skimpy. What really stands out is how balanced it is: rich, savory, a little spicy, and insanely satisfying. It's the kind of burrito you think about later and start planning your next visit for. No fluff, no filler,just a solid, legit burrito done right. Final verdict: If you're craving a burrito that actually delivers, Al Chile El del Compadre absolutely hits.
